Verizon Fiosfor the home you're moving into.
Fios is built street by street, so having it at your current place says nothing about the next one. Where Verizon has not run fiber, it may offer 5G Home over its 5G Ultra Wideband network instead. Check the new address first, then choose an install date that lands before you need to be online.
Fios 300 Mbps
$49.99/mo
$49.99 per month
with Auto Pay & Paperless Billing
plus taxes, fees & equipment terms · no annual contract
Every Fios tier uploads as fast as it downloads, which matters on day one if anyone will work from the new place. Size the tier to the people moving in and how they use the connection. The router is a separate rental on Fios 300 and Fios 500, and included from Fios 1 Gig up.
Fios 300 Mbps
300 Mbps download / 300 Mbps upload
Suits a smaller household: streaming, video calls and a few phones and laptops.
$49.99/mo
$49.99 per month
with Auto Pay & Paperless Billing
plus taxes, fees & equipment terms · no annual contract
No annual contract required, handy if this move is not your last
Fios availability is determined by Verizon and varies by address. Speeds shown are the tier maximums published by Verizon; actual throughput depends on your equipment, wiring, and in-home network.
Verizon 5G Home Internet® & LTE Home
Skip the install visit with 5G Home
5G Home reaches the house over Verizon's 5G Ultra Wideband network, so no cable or copper has to be run in. Verizon ships a gateway and you set it up yourself, which suits a tight move date or a rental where new wiring is not an option. If the new address is outside 5G Ultra Wideband coverage, ask about LTE Home, the same idea on Verizon's LTE network.
5G Home
Typical 85–300 Mbps download, varies by address
Standard 5G Home, which you set up yourself when the kit arrives.
$50/mo
$50 per month
with Auto Pay & Paperless Billing
plus taxes & fees · from $35/mo with select Verizon mobile plans
Starting at $35.00/mo with an eligible Verizon mobile plan
The self-setup kit ships to you, so there is no visit to schedule
Data overage charges do not apply
No term to break if plans change again
5G Home requires 5G Ultra Wideband coverage at your address; LTE Home is offered in select areas without it. Typical speed ranges are published by Verizon and vary with signal conditions, gateway placement, and network load.
Bringing Verizon phones?
Put the new home internet on your Verizon phone account
If anyone in the household is on, or switching to, a qualifying Verizon 5G Unlimited phone plan, putting the new home internet on that account knocks as much as $25 a month off the Fios or 5G Home bill. Mention the phones when you order the internet, not after the install. Verizon applies the discount and confirms the amount when the order is placed.
Fios 1 Gig · Unlimited Plus
Fios Gigabit + Unlimited Plus
Near-gig fiber at the new house; on each phone line, 5G Ultra Wideband plus 30 GB of premium hotspot.
Bundle savings require an eligible Verizon 5G Unlimited mobile plan on the same account. Discount amounts are set by Verizon, vary by plan and line count, and are confirmed at the time of order.
Verizon Fios TV®
Adding Fios TV at the new address
Fios TV arrives over the same fiber as Fios Internet, so it needs Fios Internet at the new address and belongs on the same order. Each package is larger than the last: More TV brings in regional sports, and Most TV the movie packages. Verizon adds set-top box rental and its sports and broadcast fees to each package price.
Your TV
125+ channels
Start small and build the lineup around your own channels.
$70/mo
$70 per month
with Auto Pay & Paperless Billing
plus taxes, fees, and Regional Sports & Broadcast surcharges
Fios TV requires an active Fios Internet connection at the same address. Set-top box rental, Regional Sports Network fees, and Broadcast fees are billed by Verizon in addition to the package rate and are disclosed on the order line before you commit.
Verizon Wireless® 5G Unlimited
Phones for everyone moving in: three Unlimited plans
Verizon prices these plans per line, and the figures shown are its four-line Auto Pay rates; a smaller household pays more per line, and you hear the rate for your own line count. A phone plan is not tied to the new address, so this part of the move can be done whenever it suits you.
Unlimited Welcome
Mobile hotspot not included
Talk, text and data without a cap, carried on Verizon's nationwide 5G.
$25/line/mo
$25 per month
4 lines with Auto Pay & Paperless Billing
plus taxes & fees · per-line rate varies by line count
Each costs $10/mo on the line it is added to and can come off again at any time. Worth revisiting once the household has settled in.
Disney Bundle
Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ together
Netflix & Max
Both services for a single perk price
100 GB Mobile Hotspot
A cushion of hotspot data while the new home internet is being connected
Apple One
Apple Music, TV+, Arcade, and iCloud+ storage
Per-line pricing shown assumes four lines on Auto Pay with paperless billing. Verizon sets all mobile pricing, perk availability, and promotional terms.
Fios Digital Voice®
Keeping a landline at the new address
Calls on Fios Digital Voice travel over the Fios Internet connection, and the service address keeps a fixed number, independent of cell coverage. If you want to keep the home number you have now, raise it when you order; keeping an existing home number is one of the listed features.
Fios Digital Voice
No limit on calls, with the standard call-handling features.
$20/mo
$20 per month
as an add-on to Fios Internet
plus taxes, fees & regulatory surcharges · no annual contract
Fios Digital Voice requires an active Fios Internet connection. Service depends on power and broadband at the premises; confirm E911 behavior with the agent before you order.
Equipment at move-in
What Verizon supplies for the new home
Every plan runs on a Fios Router or a Verizon gateway, included or rented depending on the tier. The extender, device protection and cloud backup are included with some plans and billed monthly on others; you hear which applies to yours before you order.
Gateway
Fios Router / Verizon Internet Gateway
Verizon's own Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E units.
Fios plans connect through the Fios Router and 5G Home through the Verizon Internet Gateway. You rent the router on Fios 300 and Fios 500; faster tiers include it. Where it sits in the new home affects coverage, so give it some thought on install day.
Mesh Wi-Fi
Whole-Home Wi-Fi Extender
Extra nodes for a larger or multi-storey home.
Mesh nodes carry the Wi-Fi past the router's reach. The rental is included with the 1 Gig and 2 Gig plans; on Fios 300 and 500 it is a monthly add-on. Worth asking about if the new home is larger than the old one.
Device cover
Verizon Home Device Protect
Cover for the eligible gadgets in the house.
Breakdowns of eligible devices on the account are covered, and tech support comes with it, which is worth a look if the move brings new smart-home gear. Verizon and its underwriter decide the coverage terms, claim limits and deductibles.
Cloud backup
Verizon Cloud
Backs up the phone's photos, contacts and files to Verizon.
Storage is sold in tiers; take 5G Home Plus and Verizon Cloud Unlimited is part of it. Phones and computers can both back up to it, which helps if a desktop is being packed away for the move.

Ordering for a move
What one call covers when you are moving
Being an independent authorized retailer of Verizon® services lets us place new orders for Fios, 5G Home, Fios TV, Verizon phones and Digital Voice. For a household on the move, that turns four conversations about the new address into one. Verizon schedules the install itself, and you ask for a date that fits your move.
One conversation for every service
Internet, TV, phones and a home line can all be ordered together, so nothing for the new address is left for a second round of calls.
Verizon's current offers, as they stand
Verizon changes its promotions often, and a price saved in a browser tab is not an offer. You hear what is live when you call, along with the regular price it rolls on to.
The new address, checked on its own
Fios and 5G Home coverage changes from street to street, so the new place is checked by its full address, not its ZIP code, before anything is booked.
For new Verizon service
As an authorized retailer, this line places new Verizon orders. If you already have Verizon, billing questions and outages go to Verizon directly, and we will tell you so.
Order to install
How a Verizon order for a new address runs
1
Call with the new address
Phone (866) 483-2174, Mon–Fri 8AM–9PM ET · Sat–Sun 9AM–6PM ET. Have the new address and your move-in date ready when you call.
During the call, the full street address goes through Verizon's check to see whether it gets Fios, 5G Home or LTE Home, and the speeds each is sold at there.
3
Verizon sets the install date
Verizon schedules the installation directly: a technician visit for Fios, or a self-setup kit shipped out for 5G Home. Ask for a date before you need to be online at the new place, not the day after the move.
Calls answered Mon–Fri 8AM–9PM ET · Sat–Sun 9AM–6PM ET
Moving questions
Questions from households on the move
Will Fios or 5G Home reach the new address?
The full address answers that; a ZIP code cannot. Verizon builds Fios street by street, and 5G Home needs Verizon's 5G Ultra Wideband to reach that particular building. Call (866) 483-2174 with the new address and it goes through Verizon's check during the call, so you know which tiers are sold there before you book anything.
Is this site run by Verizon?
No. Super Home Services is an independent authorized retailer of Verizon® services and is not Verizon Communications Inc. We place new Verizon orders on your behalf. Verizon sets all pricing, terms, and service commitments, and your account and billing relationship is with Verizon. Verizon, Fios, 5G Ultra Wideband, and related marks are trademarks of Verizon Trademark Services LLC.
Why do these rates depend on Auto Pay, and what is the $10/mo?
Verizon's advertised rates assume Auto Pay plus paperless billing, which together earn a $10/mo discount: payment is drawn automatically from your bank account or an eligible card, with statements sent by email rather than paper. Switch Auto Pay off, or have a payment bounce, and the $10/mo discount is lost. That is separate from a promotional term ending, when the regular price in the table applies. Worth setting up Auto Pay when the new account is opened.
Will someone need to be at the new place for the install?
For Fios, usually yes: Verizon normally books a professional technician, since fiber has to be finished off inside the property. With 5G Home there is no visit: the kit comes to you, and you pick a spot for the gateway, power it up and follow Verizon's app. A few homes that already have Fios wiring in place can install it themselves, and the call tells you whether the new place is one of them.
If we move again, am I tied to a contract?
Not on the internet tiers shown here, which are month-to-month plans without an annual contract; leave early and no termination fee applies. Where Verizon attaches a price guarantee to a plan, the rate is held for a published term, which is a promise about price, not a term you have to serve. Phones bought on a device payment agreement are different: those agreements have their own terms, covered before you order.
