Super Home Services runs a U.S.-based team that helps households arrange home services by phone. This policy sets out how we call and text, what we ask your permission for, and how to stop it. Our practices are built around the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing statutes and state call-recording laws.
1. Calls you make to us
Calling (866) 483-2174 is entirely your choice. No autodialer or prerecorded message is involved in taking your call, and you can end it whenever you like.
2. Consent for follow-up
There is no form on this site that takes a phone number. If we have your number it is because you called us, or because you asked an agent to call you back — and in either case we use it to deal with the enquiry you raised.
Automated calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages and marketing texts are a separate thing, and they need separate permission. An agent asks for that on the call, in plain terms, and records your answer. Saying a number aloud is not treated as agreeing to it, and declining costs you nothing — we will still take the order.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can always order by calling us without agreeing to automated follow-up.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to end texts, HELP for help.
- Withdraw consent any time by telling an agent, calling (866) 483-2174, or emailing admin@superhomeservices.net.
3. Call recording
Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and order verification. When a call is recorded you are told so at the start, before anything else happens, so that you can decide whether to carry on, ask for the recording to be stopped, or hang up and email instead. Recording rules differ by state, and some require every party to agree rather than just one; where that applies we ask you directly rather than treating silence as agreement.
If you would prefer not to be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will either stop the recording or continue by email.
4. State calling rules
We follow state telemarketing laws, including the stricter state mini-TCPA statutes: calls only within permitted hours in your local time (generally 8 AM to 8 PM, narrower where required), limits on attempts, and respect for state do-not-call registries.
5. Do-not-call
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and keep our own internal list. Ask any agent to add you, or email admin@superhomeservices.net. Requests are actioned promptly and in any case within 30 days across all systems.
6. Carrier notice
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard carrier charges apply to messages you send or receive.
7. Updates
We revise this policy as the law or our practices change. Last updated September 15, 2026.
