Provider names, logos and marks on superhomeservices.net belong to their respective owners. We show them to identify services we are authorized to sell, and to describe providers that appear in availability results.
1. Ownership
SPECTRUM, Spectrum Internet®, Spectrum Mobile®, Spectrum TV®, Spectrum Voice® and related marks are trademarks of Charter Communications, Inc. All other provider, streaming-service and device marks belong to their owners. Their presence here does not imply endorsement beyond an authorized-retailer relationship where one exists.
2. How we use them
Where a provider issues an authorized-agent or authorized-retailer lockup, that is the artwork we display, following that provider's brand guidelines. Providers we are not contracted with are named in text only, never with their logo, and are labelled as availability-only. We do not reproduce provider website content or imagery.
3. Our own marks
The Super Home Services name, the house mark and our original writing and design belong to Super Home Services. Short excerpts may be quoted with attribution and a link.
4. Descriptive use
Provider names used in availability results describe services reported at an address and are used under nominative fair-use principles. Coverage data comes from the FCC.
5. Corrections
Rights holders who believe a mark is used improperly, and providers whose plan or pricing information needs correcting, should write to admin@superhomeservices.net. We respond promptly and amend or remove material as appropriate.
