This policy explains how Super Home Services handles information when you use superhomeservices.net or call us. There are no accounts on this site, no lead forms and no payments, so the amount of data involved is deliberately small.
1. What we collect
- ZIP lookups. The five digits you type are sent to our availability database to return results. The lookup only reads — nothing is written, and no record of it is kept against a name, an account or any other identifier. The request itself still appears in the ordinary server log described below, alongside the IP address it came from.
- Server logs. Our host records standard access data — IP address, browser, pages, timestamps — for security and aggregate traffic analysis, kept for up to 90 days.
- Your cookie choice. Stored in your browser under the key
shs-consent. It never leaves your device. - Phone calls. What you tell us on a call — name, service address, contact number, current provider — is used to check availability and place your order. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance, and you are told at the start.
- Analytics and advertising. No analytics or advertising tag is active on this site at present. If one is added it will run under Consent Mode v2 as our Cookie Policy describes.
2. What we use it for
- Showing which providers serve an address.
- Placing and confirming an order with the provider you choose.
- Keeping the site secure and improving it from aggregate usage.
- Measuring advertising performance, after consent only.
- Meeting legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Payment and sensitive data
We never ask for or record card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or account passwords, at any stage and in any system, call recordings and order notes included. Payment is set up directly in the provider's secure systems. If sensitive information reaches us by accident we redact it.
5. How long we keep things
Server logs up to 90 days. Call recordings and order notes up to 12 months unless a dispute requires longer. Analytics data: none. This site currently runs no Google Analytics property and no advertising tag, so there is no analytics or advertising profile of you here to keep or to delete.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, system access is limited to staff who need it, and we review our practices periodically. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been exposed, contact us straight away.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what we hold, to access, correct or delete it, to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where technically possible. To make a request, contact admin@superhomeservices.net or (866) 483-2174. We respond within the time the law allows and may need to verify who you are first.
8. Children
This site is for adults arranging services for a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our practices or the law change, and revise the date shown. Last updated September 15, 2026.
