1. Who we are
The site is operated by Super Home Services, STE #5, 260 N Broadway, Hicksville, NY 11801, an independent retailer authorized to sell the providers marked on our Providers page. Nothing here is a statement by a provider.
2. Using the site
Use it lawfully and for your own purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape availability data in bulk without written permission, interfere with the site, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us. Our guides may be quoted with attribution and a link.
3. Orders
An order placed through us is fulfilled by the provider, and your service agreement is with that provider under its own terms, which you should read. We are not a party to it. Where this site conflicts with the provider's terms or order confirmation, theirs control.
4. Prices and availability
Prices, speeds and promotions here are indicative, reflect provider-advertised offers at the review date shown, vary by address and change without notice. Availability results estimate coverage from federal data and are not a guarantee of service at a specific address.
5. Intellectual property
Our original text, guides, code and design belong to Super Home Services. Provider names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are used under authorization or descriptively.
6. No warranty
The site and its availability tool are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that results, prices or other information are accurate, current or complete, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Home Services and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this site or from services supplied by any provider. Total liability for direct damages arising from the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Super Home Services against claims arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these terms, or violation of another person's rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts of Nassau County, New York. Before filing, contact us at admin@superhomeservices.net and allow 30 days to resolve the matter informally.
10. General
If any provision is unenforceable it is limited only as far as necessary and the rest stands. These terms with our Privacy Policy and the other policies linked here are the whole agreement between you and Super Home Services about the site. Last updated September 15, 2026.
