Super Home Services is operated by Super Home Services, at STE #5, 260 N Broadway, Hicksville, NY 11801. With Kinetic we work as an independent authorized agent, and we are also authorized to sell internet, TV, phone and home-security services from other providers. Our job is setting up homes: finding out what serves a new address and placing the orders around your move date.
what happens on the call
Give us the new address and your move-in date. We check it against what Kinetic has built, walk you through the tiers on offer there, with the standard rate that follows the price guarantee, and if you decide to go ahead we place the order and ask Kinetic for an install date after you have the keys. None of that costs you anything.

We are not Kinetic and this site is not Kinetic’s. The network, the installation, the bills and the support line are all Kinetic’s, run on Kinetic’s terms, and once we place the order your account sits with Kinetic directly. KINETIC is a trademark of Windstream Intellectual Property Services, LLC, used here to identify the service we are authorized to sell.
where Kinetic has built
Kinetic’s network grows one town at a time, mostly in smaller cities and rural areas, where the alternative can be one cable company or nothing wired at all. That makes availability an address-by-address question, even on the same street, so give us the exact address before you sign a lease or close on a house, not just the ZIP.
what an agent adds to a move
You pay Kinetic’s price either way; what changes is who checks the new address and books the install.

The plans and prices you hear come straight from Kinetic, because we are its authorized agent. Nothing is added on our side, and setting up the new address through us costs you nothing.

If Kinetic has not built to the new address, or another provider clearly suits it better, we tell you, even though it costs us the order.

Choose the 1 Gig or 2 Gig tier and a prepaid card from Kinetic follows a couple of months after the service goes live, usually once the move is behind you. On the call we confirm the amount your tier carries.
Card is fulfilled by Kinetic and requires the qualifying plan to stay active. Issuing bank terms and an expiry date apply. Every disclosure is listed in the footer below.

Then Kinetic is not the answer there, and that is fine. Our ZIP search lists each provider reported for the new ZIP, and the providers Super Home Services is authorized to sell carry a mark on our Providers page, so the new address gets a side-by-side look whichever section you started from.
