On fiber, the connection into the house is not split with the rest of the block the way a cable segment is, which takes away one common reason for evening slowdowns. Full speed is still not guaranteed: Kinetic’s wider network has its own limits, and in a house you have just moved into, a slow room is more often about where the gateway ended up than about the line itself.

No. Super Home Services is an independent authorized agent. We check what Kinetic serves at your new address, talk you through the tiers and take the order by phone. From installation onward the account belongs to Kinetic, which handles the install, the billing and the support on its own terms.
Plans run from $39.99/mo (300 Mbps) to $79.99/mo (Fiber Max 2 Gig), and each price on this page already reflects the $5/mo AutoPay credit. Add taxes, fees and any monthly equipment charge on top; which tiers you can order depends on what Kinetic has built at the new address.
No. Kinetic’s residential fiber plans come with no annual contract. The price guarantee on each tier only fixes how long Kinetic holds your rate; it does not tie you to the address, which helps if the new place is a rental or a stopgap.
None. Unlimited data comes with every residential fiber plan, so a heavy first month of backups, game downloads and streaming at the new place is not slowed down or charged extra.
Kinetic’s standard rate for your tier. You get that number from us before you book, so it can go in the moving folder next to the lease: it is what the line costs for as long as you stay once the guarantee ends.
Professional installation comes with the fiber plans. A technician connects the service, positions the gateway so the Wi-Fi reaches the back rooms and stays until it is all working, so book a day you can be at the new place, ideally not moving day itself. If a newly built street needs construction to reach the house, Kinetic quotes that charge before any work starts.
Often, though it depends on how far you are moving, because landline numbers are usually tied to a local area. We check whether yours can move to the new address before you order; if it can, the transfer request goes in with your Kinetic home phone order. Leave the old service connected until the number has moved over.
Call with the full new address, unit number included, and we check it while you are on the line. Kinetic builds out town by town, so the answer can differ between two houses on one street; if another provider suits the new place better, we will tell you.
