The full new address (unit number too), your move-in date, roughly how many people and devices will be online at once, and whether anyone in the house is on AT&T Wireless; for them the 300 Mbps tier and every tier above cost $20 a month less. With that we can check the address and give you a proper quote.
moving an existing Kinetic account?
If you already have Kinetic service, the account is Kinetic’s: moving it, billing, repairs and appointments are handled by Kinetic, not by us. If you are weighing a different plan, or TV or a home line for the new place, we can still help; and if you do not know who to call, ring us and we will say who handles it.
