Streaming or a dish: which suits the new place?
It depends on the new home. DIRECTV via Internet streams to any TV through the Gemini device with no satellite dish, so it suits rentals and anyone who cannot drill, but the new home needs working internet first. DIRECTV via Satellite has more channels in every tier and a 2-year price guarantee, and a technician installs the dish. Tell us about the address and the household on the call and we will say which one fits.
Can you tell me what the new address gets before I order?
Yes. What you can get, from local channels to sports and On Demand, depends on the address, so give us the one you are moving to rather than the current one. We check it during the call, before anything is ordered.
Who installs DIRECTV, and when?
A professional installs satellite, and we book that visit on your call; pick a day after you have the keys, not the move day itself. DIRECTV via Internet needs no visit: you connect the Gemini device yourself once the new home’s internet is working.
How do I order for a move?
