Super Home Services has no checkout, no payment form and no way to take money from you. Payment for provider service is made to the provider, in the provider's own systems. This page explains that boundary and what to check before you hand payment details to anyone.
1. Scope
This site has no checkout and no payment form — the only thing any page here submits is a ZIP code. Our team helps you choose and order; the provider takes payment. Keeping card data out of our hands entirely is the rule we work to, and it is the reason there is nothing here to enter it into.
2. No card handling
Our agents never ask for, write down, record or pass on card numbers, expiry dates, security codes or bank account details. If a caller starts to read one out, the agent stops them and directs them to the provider's own secure payment step.
The same boundary applies everywhere else the call could leave a trace. Card and bank details are not entered into our systems, not written into order notes, and not captured in call recordings — there is no point in the process at which we see, hear, enter, transmit or store them. Payment is arranged directly between you and the provider, in the provider's systems.
3. Provider systems
Deposits, first payments, autopay enrollment and equipment charges are handled in the provider's own order and billing systems. How those systems are secured and certified is the provider's responsibility, and their terms govern it — not ours.
4. Before you pay anyone
Whoever is asking, it is worth pausing over three things: which business the payment is going to, what exactly it covers, and whether the route you have been given is that business’s own secure process. Read the charges back before you agree to them.
Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or bank credentials by ordinary email — not to us, not to a provider, not to anyone who emails you asking for them. If a request looks off, stop and reach the provider through the number on their own website or your bill rather than one you were sent.
5. Training and incidents
Agents are trained on the no-card rule and on recognizing and reporting incidents. We maintain an incident-response process covering containment, review and notification where required.
