We advertise the services of the providers we are authorized to represent, mostly through paid search. Every campaign is built to be truthful, to identify us clearly as an independent retailer, and to follow both the advertising platform's policies and each provider's marketing rules.
1. We say who we are
Ads and landing pages identify Super Home Services as an independent authorized retailer. We do not present ourselves as a provider, imply that this is a provider's official site, or obscure how we are paid.
2. Honest claims
Prices, speeds, promotions and availability in our advertising match the provider's current advertised offers and carry the provider's required disclosures. We do not invent reviews, testimonials or statistics, and we do not promise what a provider has not.
3. Provider brand terms
We use provider marks only as each provider's written authorization and brand guidelines permit, including the trademark authorizations filed with advertising platforms. Where a provider restricts bidding on its brand terms, we apply the required negative keywords across our campaigns.
4. One business, one campaign set
Where related businesses share ownership, each advertises its own distinct services from its own site, with its own keyword set. We do not run duplicate campaigns for the same offering across multiple accounts, which advertising platforms treat as double serving.
5. Platform policy and consent
Campaigns follow Google Ads policies, including those for third-party resellers, business identity and landing-page transparency. Advertising cookies are set only with consent under Consent Mode v2.
6. Who pays
We carry all marketing costs. Our service is free to consumers; providers pay us a commission on activated orders, which never changes your price.
7. Complaints about an ad
Providers, platforms and consumers can write to admin@superhomeservices.net. We investigate every report and correct or withdraw non-compliant creative quickly.
