Super Home Services is an independent authorized retailer based in Hicksville, NY 11801. Providers contract us to sell their residential services, which means we spend every day inside the fine print — the promotional roll-offs, the equipment lines, the install lead times — and we would rather you knew all of it too.
What a retailer is
A second way to buy, at the provider’s price.
Every large provider sells two ways: directly, through its own website and stores, and through independent retailers it has vetted and contracted. Retailers earn a commission from the provider once an order activates, and are not permitted to charge more than the provider’s published price. That is the arrangement we work under.
What we add is context and coordination. One conversation covers every service in the house instead of five separate calls, and it includes the parts a provider’s own order flow skips: what this costs in month thirteen, whether the upload speed suits how you work, whether bundling genuinely helps at your address, and whether an install date is realistic. Sometimes the honest answer is that you should buy less than you planned, or order direct from a provider we do not represent. We say that, because a household that trusts the advice comes back for the next move.
